Do them daily, see the difference, enjoy the life!

1. DRINK A GLASS OF WARM WATER IN THE MORNINGS
Remember every morning a new life begins! A refreshing and energizing start with a glass of hot water with some fresh lemon juice and a pinch of unrefined salt (whether rock or sea) will cheer your body and your soul by balancing your electrolytes, soothing your digestion, promoting body’s pH balance, accelerating blood circulation. Bring more energy and happiness to your moment with the uplifting scent of lemon peel; sniff it!

2. ALL YOU NEED IS NUTRITIOUS FOODS
Food is your fuel. Following a regular and balanced diet is one of the most important activities in your daily routine for it keeps you energized. So be careful while planning your diet program; always count in factors such as age, weight, blood type, metabolism speed, overall health condition, exercise density, etc. Eat more of raw, plant-based, alkaline foods high in nutrition. Add ‘Super Foods’ to your diet such as quinoa, raw cacao, wheatgrass, spirulina, maca, chia seeds, which are amazing energy boosters and great sources of essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins. Never skip a meal, keep your blood sugar balanced. Snacks are our lovely friends for they keep you going between meals as long as they are nonindustrial, healthy and nutritious; a handful of nuts, dried fruits or fresh fruits will do you good. Plus, limit your diary intake to a minimum and stay away from artificial sweeteners, refined fats, sugar and salt as well as red meat

3. EARTHING: CHERISH THE NATURE
If you live in the city center, stop complaining about how hard and tiring the life is, drag yourself to the nearest park, take off your shoes and feel the earth touching to your feet and instantly loading you with positive energy. Feel the connection with trees, watch the beautiful, vivid colors and hear the tranquilizer sound of the nature. Even 20 minutes will be enough to feel alive and refreshed. Cultivate friendship with the earth; grow plants in your garden, on your balcony or in your house except bedrooms. When we grow a plant, we get interconnected with it and mutually fed by each other’s energy. Besides, stay away from shopping malls, buildings or areas heavily equipped with electricity, toxic chemicals and radiation as much as possible to keep your magnetic field undisturbed.

4. BE AN EARLY BIRD AND LIVE WITH THE SUN
Follow the sun and get your biorhythm taken its course naturally. Wake up with or 10-30 minutes before sunrise if possible. Witness the miracle of sunrise and let this miracle increase your vibration, the life energy within you. Try to stay outdoors whenever you have the chance; sweeten your work hours by taking shiny breaks and get the most out of the sun. Modern life’s working&living conditions won’t let you see enough sun; big amount of population living in the cities wake up in their bedrooms, go out and walk to the nearest transportation and end up in a concrete office room till the end of their shifts, in other words till the sun goes down, and that is one of the main reasons why we are constantly struggling with vitamin D deficiency. However, we can meet most of our nutrition from sun. Keep that in mind.

5. LET YOUR BODY MOVE
Physical activity oxygenates blood cells, helping to refill your body’s fuel tank. What is important about physical activity is to choose the type of exercise that will fit into your life’s rhythm since a heavy exercise will get you exhausted instead of energizing. Don’t get up from the bed without waking-up-stretching, it is the essential part of your daily routine which promotes flexibility and relaxation of the body&mind. And, dancing as one of the most joyous ways of exercising, a rhythmic session including food of the soul -‘the music’, lets you move freely and do stretchings, cardio and other rhythmic motions all at once! Still haven’t try trampoline! Go jump on it and see how revitalizing and exhilarative an exercise can be. Yoga also gives you the chance to stretch your spine, strengthen your muscles and find inner peace. Deep yoga breathing from diaphragm gets blood pumping, which also may boost energy all day long. Other exercises such as biking, running, and swimming all help to increase the number of energy-producing mitochondria in your cells.

6. HYDRATE YOURSELF FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
Water is the most powerful element and a great purifier. Life starts with water and you will start your day with a cold shower! Cold shower increases the blood circulation, boosts the immune system, regulates endocrine system and finally puts a smile on your face. Researchers have suggested a three-minute long cold shower could be enough to counteract some of the effects of chronic fatigue; still, a 30 seconds of cold shower is enough to stimulate energy. Water constitutes more than 55% of the total body weight. So, drink water! Stop punishing yourself by leaving your body suffer in dehydration. Carry a bottle and be best friends with it. Make your own research and calculate your total body water requirement by taking into account your age, sex, height, weight and health condition.

And, stay away from dehydrators such as cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and drugs or increase your water intake; yet, isn’t it the best to simply stay away from what is unhealthy?

7. DO SELF-THERAPHY SESSIONS
Create moments or breaks in other words from 15 seconds up to 15 minutes to spend sometime alone with your (higher)self for your body&mind to get relaxed and relieved during the day. Do it, never skip no matter how busy your work keeps you all day. Use your creativity! Take a moment, find yourself a silent and comfortable place if possible or do it just wherever you are standing, close your eyes, take deep breathes from nose knowing that with each breathe your cells are filled with new, fresh oxygen, energy of life, hold it for a second and think that each time you exhale you release the old, stressful and mind-invading thoughts and feelings, and get yourself free. Besides, you can take a quick midday power nap. Studies show that the optimal amount of sleep is 10 to 20 minutes to get through the day -without throwing off the night’s sleep.

8. DETOX: GET YOURSELF FREE FROM TOXINS
In the modern world, you are regularly exposed to toxics from the air you breathe, water you drink, processed foods you consume cause toxic accumulation within your bodies. Toxins in your body slow you down sucking most of your energy and nutrition out of you, weaken your immune and negatively affect your cognitive and emotional processes. One of the best ways of revitalization is to go on a detox. A one week of detox with a special nutrition diet fortified with massage, aromatherapy, steam baths, medicinal herbs, light exercises and meditation help boost your energy level, increase fluid circulation, regulate your bowel movement, have a clear, peaceful, well-balanced mind, and feeling light as a feather after getting rid of your toxins, your over-weight caused by edema and wastes stored in the body as well as many other benefits.
